You may not use another person’s account and password to access the Service unless you have permission from that person to do so.
We may deactivate your account at any time at our discretion with or without notice or explanation.
We may ban or block you from accessing our fanspage chat if spamming or sending chat that offends us. We may also do the same on accounts that have the potential to harm our business.

You are free to modify our products for personal or commercial projects according to your needs. If there is a problem on your site regarding our products and we find that our products have been modified, then you are required to return or reinstall our products, because our support only applies to products that are not modified.
All of our products must be activated using a license key. One license can only be used in one domain/subdomain and in a single installation. If you want to use our product on another domain or subdomain, you are required to buy our product again to get an additional license key.
You can change your domain/subdomain linked to your license key via the licenses menu in the member area. You can change your linked domain/subdomain for your license via our member area, you may change a license’s linked domain/subdomain without limitation for the first 10 domain/subdomain changes, after that you will have 2 non-limited license’s linked domain/subdomain change permonth, after 2 license’s linked domain/subdomain change, a license change will have 7 days cooldown. every new month, license change cooldown will reset.
We prohibit abuse of the change domain feature. If we find out that you are abusing this feature like repeatedly changing the linked domain (license activation spam) and we consider that to be unreasonable, we will give you a warning via email and you will be temporarily banned from accessing the member area for approximately 1 week, which will be increased if the violation continues.
Compatibility and Guarantee
All our products run on the latest version of WordPress. If our product is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress, we will immediately update our product and inform you of the latest updates via email as long as you still have the support update service, if your update support has ended, then the solution we can provide is to downgrade. We do not guarantee our products work with all software or third-party components such as plugins or web browsers. But you have to test your browser compatibility by using the product demo that we provide. You must ensure browser compatibility because browser compatibility is your responsibility. We cannot guarantee that our product will work with all browsers.
All of our products have requirements that must be met. Requirements are the personal responsibility of each website owner. So before purchasing our products, make sure you meet the requirements that we set. You can find a list of our requirements in the product description or read them below:

Regarding the Ioncube Loader, it is your responsibility to configure your server and Ioncube Loader so that our product can run properly.
Regarding your website content, if your website already has a posts and uses a post format that does not match our theme, there is a chance that your existing post or part of it will be lost because it does not match our theme post format. So it is recommended that you repost to match the post format of our theme. We do not provide any “post format” conversion tools or services.
Regarding the SoraLink product, if you use AdSense in Soralink and you get banned or limit, it is beyond our responsibility. We do not specialize SoraLink only for AdSense, and we have wrote a warning note in the product description. SoraLink does not work if you use a builder plugin/feature, for example, Elementor or WPBakery.
You may not claim any of our products, either intellectually or exclusively, whether they have been modified or not modified. The products you buy from Themesia are the property of Themesia.
We encrypt some of our main scripts. We will not give you a non-encrypted script for any reason, because that is our property. You are not allowed to decrypt our products which causing our licenses to not work.
You are not permitted to publicly share our products or doing any action that harm us. if you do any action that harm us, we will investigate this action and can lead to permanent suspension of your account with or without notice. We won’t reactivate your account for any reason and no refund.
Payment & Suggestion
You can pay for the costs of purchasing our products by the bank transfer method whose account number is printed on the product invoice you have purchased. You can pay via PayPal by contacting us via the Themesia Studio fanspage or Facebook chat on this website.
By paying for the product that you bought, you get the purchased product, support for 1 year such as technical support limited to product feature, support update & access download file, and 1 lifetime license that is valid for 1 domain 1 installation (you can change your domain from our member area on the licenses menu). Make sure you always keep a backup of the product files that you bought because if our support service has ended, you will not be able to download them. You can also request to send the product file to your email by sending a request message to our fanspage. We will send the product file according to the version when your support update ends.
When you buy a product, you get the current product features and designs.
A product update is a maintenance service from us. We are happy to receive suggestions regarding our products. But not all suggestions or feature requests can be approved and implemented. We will implement the suggestions as long as they do not impact the performance, security, and compatibility of our products.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone product update plans if there are performance, security, and compatibility issues arise.
Regarding the purchase of the support update service, this service is valid as long as the product is still maintained.
Refunds & Exchange Products
We do not accept refunds for any reason. Before purchasing, make sure you check the demo, documentation, product description, and requirements on the product page. If there are problems with our products, you can contact us by sending an inquiry to the contact we have provided. We will try to respond as soon as possible.
We do not provide a product exchange service for any reason. You buy our products with your own desire and awareness without any encouragement or coercion from us. We process product purchases according to the invoice code that you inform us. It is your responsibility to check and make sure the invoice code that you inform us is the correct product you want to buy. What you pay is what you get.
We do not provide service or assistance for modification. Our technical support is only limited to helping install products, checking product errors, and providing updates to users who have active support services. Every new version of our product is released, the old version will be removed at least 3 days or sooner after the latest version is released.
We do not provide modification services, either assistance or paid services. Products that have been modified are the responsibility of the modifier itself. If an error occurs, and you need help from us, the first thing we ask is to return all scripts to the original (non-modified) version. We also do not provide custom works.
As explained in the Compatibility and Guarantee section, we do not help with product requirements. Please be prepared first before purchasing our product.

Themesia has the right to change the price of the products we have, both with notice and without notice.
You understand and agree that all information, including, without limitation, text, images, audio material, video material, links, addresses, data, functionality and other materials (“Content”) that You allow, submit, post, obtain, email or transmit (or the like) to your website (“Your Content”) is Your responsibility and not Our responsibility.
Limitations of liability
Your use of our service is entirely at your sole risk. Neither we nor our owners, affiliates, directors, officers, employees,and/or agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages or losses (including without limitation loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, which you may incur in connection with the use of, or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or loss.
We want to emphasize that we cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes resulting from your inability to activate or use licensed products due to a license server outage. While we will make every effort to promptly resolve the license server issue, any alternative solutions, such as license replacement, offering alternative licenses, or instructions on activating the product without relying on the license server, will be solely at our discretion.
Please be aware that the provision of alternative solutions during a license server outage is not guaranteed. We retain the right to determine whether to offer alternative licenses, provide alternative activation methods, or any other form of alternative solution. Our decision in this matter will be final.
All services are provided on an “As is” and “As available” basis. Themesia assumes no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion of content, or failure by the services. Themesia expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Themesia does not warrant that (a) the products or services will meet your requirements, (b) the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (c) the results obtained from the use of the products or services will be accurate or reliable, (d) any content or information you provide or we collect will not be disclosed, or (e) any errors in the services will be corrected. You agree that the use of the services and the network is at your own risk.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Themesia.com service is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss of data that results from the download of such material.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from the Themesia.com service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the given Agreement.
While we make efforts to secure our website, please note that we cannot guarantee complete protection against hacking incidents or unauthorized access. We shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims resulting from such incidents, including unauthorized use, data breaches, or disclosure of personal information. Users are strongly advised to take necessary precautions to protect their sensitive information.
You agree to defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents from and against any third party claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, settlements, and disbursements, from or relation to (i) Your Content; (ii) your use of any Network; (iii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any third party rights; (iv) your violation of applicable law; and/or (v) use of any services provided by third party service providers. You may not settle or compromise any claim without our prior written consent.
Modifications to Agreements, Policies or to our Services
We reserve the right to change this Service Agreement at any time without notice. We also reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Upon termination of this Agreement by either User or Themesia.com, all of User rights under this Agreement, and Themesia.com’s provision of Services, will terminate immediately.
All information provided by the buyer is used for transaction completion, product update information, and new product information. If needed, we will use the information to take action against activities that are harmful/threatening to Themesia.
